does that mean if someone wins there they get 2 wins instead of 1

According to what I'm reading, our gracious Prince has given you the opportunity to battle in Gamma City, and if you were to defeat someone there with a higher brawler ranking than yours, and you were already ranked presumably, then instead of jumping ahead enough spots on the ranking board to pass said defeated member, you would double the jump? To confirm this, you may need to ask him yourselves.
