Question of evolving.

Professor Clay, when Helios is turned into Cyborg Helios, is he involved or is he upgraded? If he is evolved, how does he get all the mechanical stuff?

It's not an evolution, it's a complete change of system. Cyborg Helios itself can't be purchased, I will need to build one for you for a fee. But it requires you to have a Helios Guardian Bakugan in your possession to be converted into the Cyborg Helios.
