My return in Alpha City will give me 1250BP and allow me to purchase this. Also, I am level 3, my brawls have been locked and moved. My title just hasn't been changed. Look in the locked brawls. A brawl will say "reaches level 3"

I removed an item from my purchase seeing as my return had an issue. Anyway, after the return in Alpha City is done, this should be all set to be put through.
