Card effects.

Please notice the following ability cards:

Double Fangs - Gate Wing Shot: Allows your Ingram Bakugan to increase each of your standing Bakugan's power levels by 200 points.

Thunderbolt - Torrential Wave: Allows your Ingram to increase each of your standing Bakugan's power levels by 200 points apiece, including Ingram's total.

Notice the following:

Thunderbolt - Torrential Wave: Allows your Ingram to increase each of your standing Bakugan's power levels by 200 points apiece, including Ingram's total.

Is "Thunderbolt - Torriential Wave" different from "Double Fangs - Gate Wing Shot" because of the highlighted part, or are their effects the same?

They both have the same effect, just with different wording.
