Now upon looking you seem to miss the fact that I said Guardian and so did the B.P.U. now from speculation from a very reliable source even in my situation I am told I no longer can get a new Guardian despite my current situation?! If that's true am I also unable to even evolve my Guardian-type Bakugan as well???

I never overlooked the word "Guardian", but I did neglect to provide an explanation as to why that would not be made possible.

Players are given one Guardian, which cannot be replaced. This was made very clear to me by the website owner "M_D", and common sense tells me that if a Guardian Bakugan cannot be substituted for another, then the rule would apply to copies of said Bakugan as well.

As for the follow-up question, evolution is not commonplace. To be able to evolve your Bakugan is a remarkable achievement, which involves the surging of a Bakugan's power, will, and mind. Actual Guardian Bakugan are obviously much more likely to possess these qualities, which allows them to evolve once they reach a certain point of power regarding those traits, the amount of which has not yet been determined. All of this information leads me to believe that only real Guardian Bakugan have what it takes to evolve themselves.

Note, however... you're asking about the development of a Helios Bakugan. You're in luck, for the Helios conversion procedure is not, I repeat, NOT an evolutionary process. Helios can transform into Cyborg Helios, but will be unable to evolve into Helios MK2. All you need to do is reach Level 7, acquire the necessary amount of BP, and meet me back in Gamma City for it.
